When Brian left the band, Andy and Mick formed AS Sweet. Steve left England and went to America. Brian formed his own band “BC Sweet”. The first AS Sweet singer after the separation of Sweet was Paul Mario Day. Malcolm McNulty joined the band in 1985, but only for 3 years. Now he’s the lead singer of Slade and he does a very good job there. Jeff Brown was the front man from 1988 until 2003. He was bass player and sang backing vocals before he became lead singer of AS Sweet. Tony O’ Hora was the next lead singer from 2003- 2006, before he was replaced by Peter Lincoln. Pete was lead singer of the band “Sailor” by then. Tony is the substitute, in case Pete can't play.
